Yesterday I paid for Zishan DSD (AK4495SEQ) (the order is not sent yet though). Today I saw Walnut М3 (AK4490EQ). Shall I cancel the order? The price difference is over 50 bucks. But this is not important, I care alot about the sound quality. Actually I like Walnut V2 sound more than Zishan Z1. So which one is better - AK4495SEQ or AK4490EQ?

V2 has a vintage and warm sound. Besides it can be used as an amplifier.

I'm not sure an expensive player is worth it for me anymore, thanks to the budget Walnut and Zishan.

I haven't rolled yet, but can we change the Walnut sound to be similar to the Zishan? (I guess that would be less 80s sound?)

The sound of Walnut V2 is quite different as compared to Z1. I like V2 more than Z1 but this can be subjective. The best option is to listen to both of them and then make a decision.

I have Walnut V2 and like the sound. What to go next for..? Zishan Z1 or Z2? Maybe Zishan DSD or Walnut V3..?
