I thought the wording was odd myself when I first saw pictures of the e10, but I did immediately understand how the switch worked.
 
I like option C though.
 
I can understand what some are saying about bass being "off", but you could call it bass boost with either "on" or "off".  Or you could use "on" and "flat".

I voted D as that is the easiest to understand. The current E10 with bass and on I was a bit confused at the start but it isn't that hard to figure out.

I think any use of "on" or "off" should be avoided since as alluded to by scrypt, you're not truly turning bass on or off.
