I've searching and searching but only found info for Beyer DT250 pads/HFI-780.
Will the same pad fit HFI-580? If not, anyone was successful in finding a pair for HFI-580? I've asked around in the forum but so far got no answer so any help would be greatly appreciated,

To be honest, i've never seen pads for the 580's. 
 
Have you contacted ultrasone asking for spare parts?

Ultrasone sells one pad and it's for HFI-220. They don't fit 580.
I think this is the reason why people by Beyer pads for 780. I have sent them an email about other options but have not heard back.

I would avoid 'velour' pads like the pro 750/2500.  The most uncomfortble pads I've ever used.  I'd rather use Grado foams covered in acid.

I just ordered some replacement pads (which I believe may be an upgrade) from an ebay vendor, if they don't turn out to be complete garbage I'll repost in this thread with the vendors name.

From what I've been reading, the Beyer DT250 should fit the HFI-580's with no problem.
 
I just have no idea how it would affect the sound.

I have a pair of Grado and they start to hurt after a couple of hours. Hopefully DT250s are better than 750/2500
