...Really? You claim Val sharing information about the product, showing his passion, and giving us all an inside look at the process of taking a product from vague idea, to concept, to market is narcissism? All while loudly proclaiming that in your culture, such boisterous claims and arrogant flaunting would NEVER happen.
I don't want to turn this into a fight, but you're being quite narcissistic yourself in acting like it's all about you and your expectations for what the development process should be, and how he should handle his business and his company.
Val has gone out on a limb and has done something that quite a few people appreciate. I never would have stopped lurking 100% of the time to register and make any posts here whatsoever if it wasn't for what he's doing, and I know that I am not the only one that has greatly appreciated the way he has handled this.
Please don't ruin something that is very much a unique facet of V-Moda and Val's interaction with the public. If you don't like it, well, you're certainly entitled to your opinion, but attacking the man because he has done something different just threatens to ruin it for everyone who is really enjoying what has happened here.
I appreciate your feedback, I really do. In my culture, results speak louder than words. There's just lots of pictures, videos and gaudy marketing, it's really quite nauseating.
In some situations just being silent and working on your project until it's done is the best action, not tweeting the world of every little thing you're doing. It makes you look quite narcissistic.
