My one filter was a bit dented out of the box. It's inconsequential, but it doesn't inspire confidence in their QC.
Do any of you guys has the same problem as me? My Urbanfun had dents on the nozzle and the nozzle grill have blemishs out of the box. It sound fine though.
Yeah I hear they have problems with QC but I didn't think it go that low
. I buy a few iems from kz at the same price bracket and the build quality of them were much higher, but the sound were tune very bad.If mine finally arrives ( order date 11/03/20....) And it is in this condition i Will send them back. It Will be a hard thing to do but if i pay 60€ for something like this it has to be perfect. 60€ is still a decent amount of money in my eyes to spend on something that looks like it had already hit thé floor and landed under someones foot....

If you're annoyed by it, those filters are replaceable. You can see the glue looks a mess, too.Yeah I hear they have problems with QC but I didn't think it go that low
By the way, I've been messing around with filters a bit this week, and if you haven't done it, it's not hard at all to make it look decent. All my other IEMs looked clean out of the box.
Sadly send them back is very hard in my case since I use Shopee and the return policy of them is very bad. The customer service is not very helpful either. Either way since the unit sound decent I'll keep it and save me the hassle.
I got a pair of the Urbanfun iss014 at the end of December last year. I was lucky as many others here had faulty units. Although they sound great I have never seen so many QC problems with a single IEM. It's clear that Urbanfun have not got their act together and should be avoided. They leave a lot to be desired and must be aware they are sending out crap.....they should go on the banned list for selling known faulty units..
They sound good for a 60$ iem but nothing exceptional. And if I have to send them back multiple time to get a "good" unit then the Moondrop Spaceship is a much more appealing choice, they sound more detailed and the tuning IMHO is better.

The ISS014 is hyped to be equal to the earbud many times its price lol. It not even sound better than my NS3 which in the same price bracket.

That why you should try more iems before trying to defence a clearly defective product. There are many good chi fi iem at that price range that don't suffer from such an abysmal qc.Have never heard of that one
It's not defective for me? Was it defective for you? What % defective has it been so far? 8%? I can't try something if I've never heard of it before..!
