So, I recently sent my Little Dot 1+ back to China for repair. Before it gets back (this afternoon actually,) I'll have a shiny new HRT Music Streamer II to source it with. The upgrade bug has hit me again...
 
I've been considering a bunch of amps in the $300 range. The Schiit Asgard, Matrix M-Stage, and Sheer Audio HA-006+ have attracted most of my interest so far. I love the aesthetics of the Schiit, and it's cheaper than the other two, but the word seems to be the other two are better sounding. Is there anyone out their who's used all or some and can compare them for me? I also have some M Audio Q40s that I need to get a new cable for. How would they perform on these? Lastly, how would the M-Stage or Sheer do as preamps for the Little Dot?

Stick with the LD1+with the right valves and opamp it works very well with SR325,s. Wil
l cost much to much to upgrade to an uadible difference,IMO.
