hey guys, using the tf10 with stock cable and am thinking of upgrading as stock really annoys me
 
am looking at these few cables, hope to hear your opinion on them.
 
1) Ultimate ears in ear reference cable 
 
does this even fit the tf10?

the reason for changing is that i find the memory on the stock too annoying, always having to straighten out the kinks and all
 
wann a cheap and cool looking alternative, without compromising on the sound of the stocks.
 
hope u guys can give me ur advice and opinions on the cables!

I did a lot of research on cables before... sticking to the stock
 
But from what I found, the best cables value for money are modded westone cables (which involves sanding the pins and possibly damaging both your TF10's and cable). Westone is famous for their cables as you probably know, so the cable quality will be great on the bright side.
 
UE custom cables DO NOT FIT the tf10's.. sadly. I would have ordered one if they did
 
All the cables made by sunricky I believe are handmade by ?him? and from what I've heard their quite good quality. Their not actually made by furutech.
 
TF10 cable sockets are recessed so most cables don't sit flush.
 
Fiio makes a good TF10 cable. You might want to look into that.
 
Null audio makes their Lune and Arete cables which are both quite good but expensive.

If money is a factor, then 2 choices IMHO. The Furutechs if you want memory wire, if not then get the FiiO.

I have never heard the Furutech, I doubt they would sound any different then the FiiO. There are many reasons to ditch the stock cable even if the sound stayed the same.

A guy bought the UE custom cables (after September 1st, 2012), he says they're snug but they fit.

Since I did have a socket come out on my TF10's while replacing my stock cable to the FiiO, I personally wouldnt get a cable that fit tighter. Too each his own though.

Chris Himself has excellent cables for the tf 10's.

Ive tried the Null audio Lune, Enyo, and Arete cable and I prefer the Chris Himself cable.  It's the best especially for the money.
