Considering artwork isn't (yet) their strong suit, perhaps it would be better to get the artwork done separately?  Wasn't there a reference to someone who just did artwork for customs?

I am very careless and broke them a few times by stepping on it, droppin it outside etc.
 
Anyways... it seems like they are settled now. So everything should be back to normal.
 
I love the fits, it's tight yet comfortable.

I don't have the TF18Pro, but I have a few customs from big houses: ACS, JHA, FitEars, Earsonics and those sound tubes are typical for all of them. To those of you who ordered a remold of the SE530, did they replace the stock cable as well? What cable did UM include?

Cables aren't included. You can but their own or buy and fit your own - any universal cable or custom cable is fine - just tell them which socket to use (a custom socket, like on say ES3X is slightly different in size to a universal socket, like that on TF10, hence universal and custom cables).

Planning to get UM Mage.  I also thinking if I should remold the Klipsch Custom 3 as well . The problem I have with C3 is the bass, it's fast and tight but seems like not enough there.  Maybe with the remold I get a better seal and bigger/heavier bass?

I didn't notice an increase in bass when I had my Custom 3 remolded. I also have the Mage and it has less bass than the Custom 3 but it is faster with the Mage.
