Mids sound a bit conjested while base presence seemed to subside. Overall it sounds super bad, not the mention the build quality. Let's hope UM would make the appropriate decision on how to handle this matter.

How long have you had them? Was this a recent build?

I've had them for a year and it's still under warranty. It's almost impossible for a hole to appear in that awkward position, I mean it's a freaking big hole!

So I sent my Merlins to UM about 13-14 days ago.
 
The tracking has been showing this since Monday:
 

 
And UM hasn't seen my IEM.
 
Furthermore, Stephen told me his usual tracking site "can't find the package anymore".
 
...Should I be worried?

mine also reached lab, and no information on the process onwards after the receiving
