A big "Thank You" goes out to MaoDi for helping me with my order - my impressions and SE530s should go out tomorrow for the 6 driver custom treatment.

I agree. I recommended a him to wait till my pair arrives before ordering, but he wanted them before February so he took the plunge.

I really cant imagine them being less then great, the quality of drivers that are going in and UM's work put together should make for a killer combo. I still love my Mages though

As a side note, I got my impressions today. I know I sound like a nub - but it totally sucked! What a weird experience! Painfull too!

I will be sending everything out tomorrow - I'm more worried about giving you guys an accurate idea of how they sound than anything else. I'm not a technical listener by any means, but I do appreciate good sound... so we will see.

I love my Mages too...

but i have a pair of brand new SE530 just arrived from Shure as a replacement for mine that had a cable problem: i hope i 'll sell it before good comments of 6 driver will be shared

My TF10 + Mids arrived today
Fit is good & comfortable.
Initial unamped impression, suprisingly good soundstage, the recessed mid problem with tf10's is definately gone, BASS IS AWESOME, don't know about the seal yet, I haven't taken them out for a field test yet

Mine are dual bores btw.
**Also came with a case and wax loop.
