I bought the 2.5mm version of that and returned it last week. Not a big fan of it. It's a bit unstable in my opinion. I prefer one with wire in between the adapter and the plug.

Tip rolling is real, it is quite hard to get a deep fit with this iem.

I think a key is trying to see if smaller than your usual eartips would seal.
As our ear canal is more oval shape, personally I am getting really good results with this eartips on the UM MEST.
I normally use medium Azla SednaEarfits and for this eartips I had to go large size to get a proper seal.

How is the Custom MEST compared to UIEM version? Is it worth the extra cash duee to fit/FR curve/ BC driver will be more effective?

Does custom have driver flex? I never knew what driver flex sounded like until someone in this thread said mest had it it and know I notice mest has a lot of driver flex. It kind of scares me when I adjust them.

When the tip makes a seal in your ear you can hear the driver crinkle when you move it around.
