Audio Technica makes es7.

Some people will hate me for doing this again, but for drum&bass I would really recommend 770pro. I mean sub bass performance of this can is awesome and drum&bass is all about fat basslines especially older dnb. Other people will suggest Ultrasone pro 750 but they cost a bit more.

how come people disagree with the beyerdynamic 770 pro?

Well maybe because 770 needs an amp to sound its best. Bass is definitely better with amp although its not day and night difference as some people suggest.

Yep I like all dnb, everything from neurofunk to liquid

770pro are definitely not portable. They are too big and cable is 3m long. They are also hard to drive.

AKG K518DJ have really big bass for dnb. But every genre of music will sound good on them. To me they are like portable 770pro.

I am in Australia and I get all my headphones from here Headphonic | Australian Headphone Specialists: Buy Etymotic, Alessandro, Audio Technica, Ultimate Ears, Talisman, Meier Audio and more.

I don't know anything about American stores sorry. It shouldn't be that hard to find because these headphones are very popular

518 are DJ headphones but many people use them as portables. Cord is actually a bit too long. Its 2.5m but I can live with that.
