I reinstalled the drivers like a million times, I unistalled the asio driver then I unplugged the cable once again (1000th time) and the focusrite drivers settings stayed the same and I heard only on one cup again. but this time it was on mono so I changed it to stereo and it worked. beforehand it was on mono but played through both cups so the sound was flat and boring... now it's full and fun.. I hope it's all ok now and i'm not missing anymore details and quality, I hope.
just Incase I'm gonna buy a FW port 2morrow..
These sort of problems make me realllly nervous. like a stupid kid  that won't get his game to work frustrating to say the least.

I really recommend hearing Kid Cudi latest album with the Pro 900, the bass there along with his low vocals and a bit of elecronics are awesome, It really pulls you in
They are reallly warm, that's why they fit electronics so good, I think it's a must for me to get an open headphones aswell that are alittle brighter, don't you think?

I have to agree that you can't really say good or bad things about the Pro 900 before you get your system up and running, not full of issues as it seems to be.

There are many motherboards with very finnicky FW ports, and people had to get add on cards to fix any controller issues they might have. Not to mention having both FW400 and FW800.

Lol. That's well within acceptable values. I've had to work with machines that really needed low latency, and due to several factors, hardware and software wise, there were peaks of 800. Of course there are plenty of hardware that communicates with the system in a way that it might show very low overall latency but then have perfectly timed periodic latency spikes of 2000, 4000 (I even saw a machine that spiked at 50000).

What do you guys use to burn in your headphones? do you guys use normal music or white/pink noise, sweep??

I myself like to use music, tons of music, at regular or slightly louder listening levels to make the drivers shake their booty enough to get used to all the dancing they're gonna do

I'm doing so heavy drums and really squeaky noises to stretch them.. and alot of hip hop does the trick too :)
Is there an option to connect the focusrite to the xbox 360 using an optical cable? an ofcourse at the same time plugging  it to the pc|? or it's only compatible with pc?
