Title says it all. I'm looking for a good upgrade from D1100. Are the Ultrasone's a worthy upgrade from D1100? If not, can you guys suggest me some other hps? My budget is under $250.

If you like the Denons, maybe move up the line to the AH-D2000. I'm sure you can find them at your price limit.
