So, whats the issue with the UE 900s? It's not discontinued but I can't reach their product page on their website. I'm not entirely sure I want to buy from amazon and I would love to buy them directly from UE.

It's no longer listed on their UE pro site like it was before. My understanding was that it is discontinued from what I hear.

This is not a matter of opinion, but its a fact.  We have been working through component shortage issue with our supplier in the past few mont and we have been shipping products to our dealers since early this month.

Alright, Thnx for the info. I was intending to purchase the UE900s recently but was mindful about the product being discontinued. I dun want to spent a few hundred dollars on a flagship iem only to be superseded in a few month time

Just got a great deal for a used UE900. I can say that this really steps up a lot from my IM02. I like how crisp the highs and overall soundstage.

there is one thing i don't like, there is not much isolation. The person beside me can hear TF blank space. haha ^^

Anyway, overall I am happy I found this IEM. I was in the market for 535, UE900 and DUNU 2000. But since a friend gave me a huge deal for a used one.

I am currently using X1 and will be getting a E12A soon.

im thinking of buying the ue 900s... it comes with 2 cables, i know, blue w/ mic n remote and black audio only cable... would the black cable fit my shure (se215) iem? if so, i can replace the cables because the shure stocks are so uncomfortable

They both use an mmcx connector and are interchangeable. I have used the blue ue cables with se215's but the fit was not was a little awkward. The ue cable has a slight angle that is specific to the way the ue 900s fit in your ear.

umm, yes, i know. the stiff memory wire on the stock shures tend to push the iem body vertically down my outer ear and so i was hoping an angled connector, and thus have the body angled, and thus have more weight on the cable would help...
