Someone else mentioned it but for those that have a website ordered PM6/hunter and a kickstarter Air, will they ship together or in septate packages?

And not to rub it in, such an update back in February would have been nice e. Better now than never. Live and learn.

Really sorry to hear about your disabled son and his health issues. Glad to hear that he's improving. My sincere prayers and good vibes to you and your family. Plus to trinity employees and their families.

You have no idea how much i have been beating myself up over this. Actions speak louder than words and i will do you all proud.

I appreciate all the kind words everyone has posted and was honestly not expecting it and has really removed me from a darker place. It is sincerely amazing how people can be.

Thanks buddy but i believe that was in reference to an Asia bound order and I'm in the UK? The situation with that territories orders is a bit different to here i believe.

No sorting required. All packing info is already there in the USA and they have the pick sheets sorted. So as soon as they arrive they will ship out daily until all shipped.
 
As for the serial numbers we tried to accommodate everyones request and have a internal registry for the serial numbers so we know who owns what etc.

Fantastic! Sounds like people should be receiving many of the US orders by next week depending on how the sendout schedule goes. I'm eager to receive the Air. Looking forward to it even more than the Hunter actually.
 
I did request a serial number, but I have no idea what it is anymore at this point

. I put it in the special instructions when I ordered and that part doesn't show up in the Paypal receipt. I wonder if my order is one of the Hunters that have already shipped or if it's still left to be built. Don't bother looking any of this up, you have better things to be doing

Oh man, this thread has moved quite a bit. Transparency and honesty is all we can ask for, so thank you for stopping by and updating us.
Order Status for those who missed it:
Phantom Hunter & PM6

• Vast majority of orders from Asia have been shipped
• There's still about 290 left to be built. There's an estimated time of 3-4 weeks on that.
• Some have been shipped, just not all of them. Shipping occurs as they're built.

Atlas Delta, Vyrus v2, Master

• All of the UK orders should be shipped by tomorrow.
• They're on their way over to the US.
• The rest are being shipped.

Phantom Air

• On their way over to the US.
• The rest are being shipped (I'm assuming)

Icarus III is in production. Icarus IV is in development. Once the Alabama distribution center receives the order they will be shipped from the pick sheet. All packing info has been completed. Notifications are being sent out. Shipments will be shipped separately (ie if you ordered more than one item, they won't be shipped in the same order).
If I forgot or misinterpreted something, feel free to correct me.
