Or they're going through the list and whenever a cancellation is flagged, they cross it off and put it back in stock. 30% cash back for them and they resell it at 50% off. Not a bad deal for Trinity.

I agree too, we all are getting frustrated and rigjtly so! But they are a very small conpany who clearly have been overwhelmed with orders , i still hsve Faith il get my iems and would order from them again ...hope to think theyl learn from this.

They already learned from this, i.e.: No more crowdfunding to design an IEM. Bob said so.
