TRINITY - PHANTOM Series - New thread + WORLDS FIRST PUSH PULL HYBRID IEM!*

Apr 15, 2017 at 1:06 PM Post #14,461 of 24,683
I think we can agree that no one here really adds something new to the thread, not even Bob. Cause when he communicates, it`s actually always the same  information, again and again, hence the phrases about the movie groundhog day. If new information is the new permission to post something here, then we can actually close this thread, as there haven`t been much new information the last couple of weeks. Except for some fellas who actually received stuff.

Well, little joke, let`s talk business again. I emailed Jake on tuesday, cause the told me last week my Master was in the process of being shipped (I know I said that before). I got the often quoted answer "PM6 next week, Master this week". I got frustrated an told them that this is very misleading and he apologized. I told him I understand how hard they`re working etc (I really do) and asked if they could change my stuts and send me an email when the ship my Master. He said "sure thing". End of story, I have no email whatsoever which would indicate my Master has shipped. So, I`m asking all of you: Has anyone got a shipping notification whatsoever for his/her Master this week? Or any other Trinity iem. I`m just curious. Or even received an iem today?

Cheers

Hi, I got a shipping notification at April 3rd  for my MASTER  ( in account info: Royal Mail  #None) due to shipping standard without tracking  ..... destination:Germany... deliverd: NOTHING

regards

So a week went by and i wasn't expecting anything to be sent and that's what i got. That and an other broken promise. I find my self contemplating all the different views expressed on this thread.. this has turned into an existential kind of order one should meditate upon.

Dont know if this has any relevance to whats going on but im from the uk and in my experience royal mail are rubbish...also ( just throwing this out there as i realy dont know ) does it not have to clear customs??? I have bought headphone cables from the states and china and i have never got my items less than 7 to 10 days and on other stuff sometimes longer ( could be wrong though on the customs )

Are you a hater, an apologist, are you rally as patient as you thought. Looking forward.. oh the let downs. Speculating if there ever really was a trinity. The ride is long and full of lols.

On a more relevant note though: decided to let them fool me twice more. So two more "by the end of the weeks" then im out. Need diaper money anyway.

Trinity are a small company that do not have the finance for R&D like senheiser so they design then pre -order to manufacture and inevitably there are pit falls along the way ...hence the terms and conditions box we all ticked on purchase i.e subject to change/ delivery
I myself have ordered 4 different iems from them at a cost of about £600, 2 of which i have received and honestly am extremely happy with them .
Im still waiting for hunter and delta but think i understand what trinity are trying to do, i.e bring me a great product at a great price! pre order.
I feel the cost of that is me understanding that its not been put into production hence, problems, delays ( i know shells have been changed on some products) and yes its frustrating but there selling me a product that i feel would cost me double with a conpany that can go through those problems with the cost of 6 months R&D.
So il wait until trinity are certain my product is ready and il hopefully be a happy customer for the third time.
I do also understand if you feel its been to long a wait and want your full refund.

The delay itself is not problem here.

I will give You for example my experience, when I ordered custom pool cue. I paid it in advance with estimated delivery in about 6 months. When 6 months passed, builder contacted me, that he had some serious health problems and my cue will be finished 2-3 months later. 2 months later he contacted me again, that he had some problems with lathe and he needed buy new one, so that he is sorry, but I need to wait a little longer. About in a month, he sent me e-mail, that my cue is finished and he will ship it next week. When week passed, I got e-mail, that he spotted some finishing imperfections on my cue and that he needs 2-3 more weeks to refinish my cue, so that it is perfect when it leaves his workshop. I got my cue in about 4 weeks.

I was waiting a much longer, than expected, but I ALWAYS had exact information, what is going on and why I need to wait. And this is main problem here. No one knows, what is going on and according to Bob, about 1700 Hunters and Master 6 were shipped few weeks ago, but no one got it and no one has any tracking information.

This is what causes uncertainty and speculations here. I'm not going to cancel my Hunter order, because I'm sure they will be great and I'm sure I'll get them "soon". But I'm not happy with any of Bob's explanations and I'm not sure, if I can trust what he posts here. And as result, I'm definitely not going to buy anything more from Trinity, even if it is free like Icarus I.

This is how I feel it.

I had ordered in past using Royal Mail and never had any issues. They were always on time in most cases ahead of schedule.. As we all know delivery in the U.K takes one day.
All I'm saying is that if folks have received shipping notifications 2-3 weeks ago then they should check with Royal Mail and Trinity what is really going on.
Customs clearing doesn't take 2 weeks. Their timelines include all that last time l checked.

I do understand and that is your decision.

I completely understand your feelings and frustrations.  I think we all agree they could have done a better job.  However, I do believe they will not scam anyone.  Sure, they could but people are receiving products and others have purchased products in the passed.

it's already been established they messed up.  Bob took some responsibility.  I get it.  It sucks. News would be good but at the same time, just like your pool cue was delayed - i am sure it was still annoying.  1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 3 weeks, 4 weeks...whats the difference really?  You still got the cue just like you'll get the IEMs.  That was supposed to be rhetorical.  I get the other side of the problem.

My suggestion to everyone is either wait or cancel your order or get the Periodic Bes in the meantime.  It's really that simple.

Strange, I got an account update on PM6 on march 23. I also have the Royal Mail with #None. First, Jake told me it has shipped, then, it will ship. So I assumed the status (they wrote order accepted) would mean that delivery will be fulfilled by Royal Mail and no tracking number (since I used no tracking and free shipping). I actually do not think this means iem has shipped, or they shipped my PM6 more than 3 weeks ago and do not know. What?

No, I`m confused.

Checking with Royal Mail shouldn't be that difficult. If you were told it was shipped then they can track it down as all their deliveries should be insured.
It's either had been shipped or not. If it was you should be able to get it investigated and ask for a copy of the shipping label, but if it hasn't then it's a totally different story.

I could always report your post if you want, it'll get attention ;)

I really don't think mods have the time to answer posts like that, to be honest...

Fantastic! Finally we have the thought police in action. Go ahead and report my question and while you're at it make sure you list all the blatant permanent lies posted by a sponsor as well. Maybe that will catch some attention too
.
