Ok first of all I would like to apologize for any formatting problems this was written from my phone

So Ok on to my problem I recently purchased a pair of beyerdynamic dt 990 premium 600 ohms and am in need of a amplifier for them

Hears the problem I have no idea how to do the cable routing like from source to amp to dac. This has caused a problem for me I am definitely looking at getting a dac in the future but not at the moment

So my Question is if I purchase a fiio e9i could I buy a dac in the future and still use it with it? Or dose it need the special dock thing that the normal e09k/e9 has I doubt it dose but want to make sure as the is currently a massive difference in price the e9i selling for £70 where as the e09k selling for 120

Also is there any other major differences between the e9i and e09k?

Sorry for this turning into a rambling but couldn't think of any other way to word it
