I have to agree with zzz. I am coming from Ottawa, and if I hope to drive back at all on Saturday or just crash at some friends that night and leave Sunday I will want to get a few hours in before I have to leave, 4 is a bit too late for me. If it doesn't happen this time around, I am sure in the summer another meet will take place and we can do it all over again =)

I think a good time would be around noon so we have lots of time to listen and talk to each other and stuff. Chances are we'll have people drifting in over a period of about an hour based on meetings for other hobbies that I've been to. Oh yeah, and we'll probably want to order a pizza or something for lunch.

) let's set the tentative date for Sunday March 16th starting around say...1pm. Assuming that we don't have a massive outpour of objections after this post, wasifazim can get that party room booked and we can all start figuring out what to bring and how to get there. It's only a month away!
