Like almost TOPPING fans, we also extremely look forward to its arrival and wanna know what a big surprise/hearing-feast it can bring us when it matches with the D90 or D90 MQA! DX7Pro is such a great amp. It was a total game changer for me. I'm wondering...will they release a DX9 Pro??? If I could get both of these wrapped up in one package, that would be great.

DX9, probably, but could take some time of course given manufacturing being much slower than normal right now.

Loved the NX4 Pro, I do wish they dabbled a bit more on the budget portable models, would love to suggest something else sub $200 now

Edit: Disregard what I said, seems I misread. The rep did mention this is going up against 789 and 887. so it should be around that tier pricing-wise.

Yes, with the 789 being $300 and measuring so well this would need to be nearby for me to purchase. It's all speculation until they announce pricing. Would be nice to get it all out there.

I'd imagine the price will be higher than the 789 due to a better feature set.

It seems like everything is measuring well these days. Heck a JDS Atom measures super well. When I listen to my Topping DX7Pro I like the sound better than the 789 (maybe because of superior DAC in the DX7Pro compared to the setup I heard with 789). I think measurements are going to go out the window at some point!!! Get back to pure subjectivity!

The TOPPING official said they don't have a plan to released DX9 PRO for the present.
