My Tin P1's are daily users, too. I am beyond 350 hours on them now, they just keep getting better. So natural sounding, clear and distinct.
Very comfortable for me, too, they fit like a glove. Completely forget I have them in...

With enough power, these babies, shine, they spoil you with crazy accurate sound.

Which app is this? Andriod or ios?

Android app. USB Audio Player Pro. It's probably the best audio app on Android, especially if you stream via tidal or qobuz. But it's not free, and the toneboosters pEQ feature you see there costs extra, as well as MQA playback also costs extra. It's not a lot, I think the app is $15 and the features might be like $5 each. But it is definitely worth the price IMO because the app is being updated regularly.

Just going off your name... do you primarily listen to jazz with the p1? The transients and tonality on a double bass (couldn't tell you which artist/track, but it doesn't really matter) was what sold me on the p1. It was like sitting front row in a smoky little jazz club.

Finally received the P1 from Drop. I haven't tried any of my amps yet, but the only DAP that I have that seems to have enough power to get decent bass without EQ, is the A&K Kann, balanced with High gain.

Hi,

I've got my Tin P1 for several days now. And yes, I also think they sound really great. The only drawback is the lack of bass (and I'm not a basshead). Therefore I need an EQ to have fun with them. I give them a boost of ~4-8 dB in the sub 100 Hz area and leave the rest alone.
Also they need some power to get to loud volumes. The ES100 with it's single ended outputs is often at max volume with my replaygained files. So I'll try the balanced output, which gives 3 dB more.

On my notebook they are connected to an Sabaj DA2, which get them to higher volumes than the ES100. Did someone test them with Sabaj DA3 balanced output?

The First article and images of the NEW TIN P2 can be found on Tin P2 HiFi Go They Look Nice - no specs reported yet and apparently shipping to dealers sometime today
Price has also gone upscale to $369 with an early adopter price of $349 according to HiFiGo. I sure hope these beauties have go a DD + Planar but really looking forward to hearing these, I loved the P1

Were you able to get any specs on them. Driver Count? Planar size? They look beautiful!
I was able to put an order through last night on hifigo, but then they emailed me to let me know that they can't ship until Oct. 20. Not sure why they took the page down. Driver count is still single planar - but i don't remember seeing any other specs.
