Hey Everyone,
 
I am thinking about buying the Thunderpants TP1 headphone kit.  Does anyone know the impedance of these cans?  The original Fostex T50RP has an impedance of 50 ohms, but I assume the mods alter this reading.  I currently have the Bottlehead Crack OTL as my headphone amp, which is designed for high impedance (ideally +200 ohm) headphones.  Apart from knowing the impedance of the Thunderpants, has anyone used/heard this combo?

These measurements indicate about 55Ω.

Mine have 53Ω of passive resistance so they can't be 50Ω. IDK how Fostex came up with this number, I doubt that this extra 3Ω comes from the cable.
