Excatly my thought! While Sony does not make good value to perfomance ratio, I still like it don't know why! The MDR-7506 are great for the price thought. 

While I always wanted a new headphone specially from those 3 brands, it's not easy to get. Specially when you are in Brunei. XD

OMG! I really like the HD600 sound signature if others were right about the RS220 similarity with the HD600 with HD600 much refined! Definately gonna buy them if I can find them cheap around my neighbor country xD

I think the RS220 is design to be closer to sound like HD650

You guys know that these headphones can become open headphones, right? If you didn't well now you have one more reason to buy these because they become EXACTLY like hd 650's but with the soundstage of hd 598 trust me when I say this because I had tried the hd 650 for a whole day with my own equipment and I couldn't make out the difference with the open hd 439's

I would recommend first buying grill for like a pc fan and having that before doing the mod

Orderd the hd439 & the Xonar DGX pci-e sound card.  Hope i have made the right choice as i was tired of the issues with usb headsets.

it really isn't very hard as the only somewhat hard bit is taking the grill off by using something like a hobby knife or by warming up the glue around it
