"Another thing, I haven't noticed this before but seek forward/backward is not working. I mean if you hold the back/skip buttons, nothing is happening."

Have you tried it with the screen on?

Although it's not ideal, you can tap the time line to move forward or backward on the track. I'm not sure if this feature was ever reported /requested the Q&A board at theBit is a bit of a pain to navigate through.

Oh yeah, forgot about that one. That's the only way how to seek on a track. But the 10-second bug is still persistent if you use this at the beginning 10 seconds or last 10 seconds of the song.

I've had my opus#1 for a couple of weeks now , installed 2.00.05 on arrival and since yesterday i'm on 2.00.06.
The strange thing is that on my unit i can't replicate the last 10 seconds bug nor the first 10 seconds bug , i've tried for 15 minutes on both SD cards and everything works without a glitch every single time !

I'm running 2.00.06 and cannot recreate the 10 second bug. tried a few times and the Opus just skips to next track. Looks like it got fixed in 2.00.06?

Anyone noticed that sleep mode now drains the battery? I see at least a 5% drop leaving it for a week.
While in the first few versions of v2.0 I had hardly any battery drain even leaving the player on for a week.

4. Fixed issue that Sleep mode is canceled when screen off. - maybe they over fixed it.

There doesn't seem to be any difference in output levels now between low, med and high gain. Can someone please confirm or is my unit faulty?

Not on the new FW yet but similar level of battery drain is normal for mine (and every other device I own w/ a standby/sleep mode).

Confirm, no difference in volume selecting any of the three. Line out is still functioning as usual making the volume in max. I notice that even in previous firmware, I maxed out the volume in medium gain the reason always use high pair with my LZ A4.

Yes in balanced mode also there is no difference between the gains. Though the previous version did not have this problem.

I can also confirm this is the case with my unit, has anyone contacted Thebit with the issue yet?
