Where do you get this number?

Experience - by hooking it up to MS Windows and Kubuntu Linux PCs. The USB DAC capabilities are 16-Bit / 44.1-KHz or 48-KHz.
.
As a DAP, I know that the DSD will play flac files up to 24-Bit / 192-KHz.

unlees you have Class 2 USB driver. or i miss something?

My Kubuntu Linux PC does have a Class 2 USB driver, which will send 192-KHz flac files, via USB, to my FiiO BTR5.
Both the BTR5, and my JRiver MC26 Music Player program, indicates a 192-KHz sample rate.
On my Windows 10 work PC, the BTR5 shows Class 1 USB, and displays 48-KHz.

Back to my Kubuntu PC - moving the USB cable to my DSDs (Dual AK4497), I have to down-sample the tracks in MC26 to 48-KHz, before they'll play.
In the DSDs settings:
DAC > Digital Filter > Short Delay Slow Roll Off
DAC > Sound Quality > High Sound Quality Mode
DAC > Cut-off Freq of DSD Filter > 76KHz
System > Full Speed > On

After 5 week wait the postman delivered my Zishan DSDs AK4499, I purchased from Linsoul via Amazon UK. I managed to get through all the wrapping, opened the box and saw that on the bubble warp was written AK4497. Oh, I through they have written that wrong. Switched on only to find that I had been sent a single AK4497 unit. If I have to wait another 5 weeks to get a replacement, I think I might have to walk away from owning a Zishan DSD. The AK4497 is no good to me as I have a Fiio M11 Pro which is a double AK4497.

That sucks. But a good opportunity to test differences btw single and dual config of the 4497 (before sending back of course)

I have a Fiio m11 pro which is a double 4497, with THX amp. Looking at the DSDs I was sent I have the double 4497. When I did listen via 2.5 balance I found the Zishan to have a raw live sound, I felt much closer to the music. Which I think might be because of the lack of THX. Sending back that Zishan might be a problem as when I tried to do the same with a Fiio X7ii I was told the Post Office was not allowed to send a battery item to China.

If the DSD boots and the screen displays, but both outputs have stopped working, then there's probably an issue with the power supply or oscillators on the analog (DAC) board.
Hi
Thanks for your reply. I guess its not power failure as I can hear some buzz sound from the two ports. Must be oscillators. Is it the blue tube types beside 3.5mm port?

Now that one of my DSD units is disassembled, I see that the oscillators are actually on the Digital board, rather than being on the Analog board. (I had thought they were on the card with the DAC chip.)
.
There are two oscillators, that look similar to this -
