For your design & troubleshooting, do you use a traditional Oscilloscope, or a USB Data Acquisition Module & PC based virtual O'scope?
.
I'm considering one of the 2-Channel, 25-MHz PicoScopes w/Arbitrary Waveform Generator from Amazon. Their Scope software runs on Windows, Macs, and Linux systems.

I have a regular digital oscilloscope 100 MHz Siglent sds1102cml. Mainly I use 1kHz, 10kHz Victor discrete ultra-low distortion oscillators.

I found this modification:
This is a flavoring solution that doesn't change anything, or only makes it worse. From the point of view of the schematic technique, the lengths of the tracks in this place should be as short as possible ...
But the cover is quite interesting!

Of course I did! And I use it regularly!
Just a couple of pages earlier, I showed my work with a balanced amplifier based on 4xBUF634. (a photo).
They are more compact and therefore have more possibilities for innovative solutions. However, my subjective choice of a music lover is LME49600! I like the sound much more
this buffer, but it is more difficult to use in portable due to its
large sizes.

I was looking at the Data Sheet for the BUF634, and they show an application where it's used within the Feedback Loop of a lower powered op-amp, to increase the output current to ±250 mA.
.
Was your circuit set up that way?
.
I like the way that OPA627AU op-amps sound, but they don't have very much output current - so I was thinking of trying the OPA627AU / BUF634 combo.

I have problem with electrostatic charge. If static discharge it shout down DAC board. I thought this was a I2S connection but I clearly see in dark. It's happen nearby power supply cables. I have sparkles somewhere in left gold screw column between boards to housing. Also see a big cap in DAC board can reach right side of housing in picture.

What should I do?

If both pads in the big cap are short-circuited in the metal case, you need to use something to isolate it, like some tape.
Other option could be resolder the cap a bit more inside.
Whatever the solution, just make sure the cap is never short circuited.

You can also have other short-circuit elsewhere, it should never make sparkles.
You saw this with the player outside the metal case? Examine the battery wires maybe one small wire broke and touches something.

@Merlin-PT Its difficult to follow player.ru Zishan DSD topic becouse they often start war in offtopic discussion. Lasted is about phase in sound... ;) That's why I don't buy Zishan 4499.
@ed
This is sad because so much audio company's invert phase especially in one cannel. Same thing in 60"+ big music label do with converting mono studio mixdown to fake stereo effect - inverting 1 channel or give little delay and reverb.
