Seriously! They are really screwing current 3G users over... Mine isn't ready for an upgrade till 2010 (don't know how that's possible) seeing as I got my phone last year...

^ the iphone requires a two-year contract, correct? So it'd be '08-'10.

They're not really screwing anyone over, upgrading mid-contact is always more costly.

yeah they're being decent about it. I got my 3G on july 11th 2008 when it came out and they're offering me an upgrade in december 2009, they don't have to do that.

AT&T is really messing up with this one. Amazingly high upgrade prices, NO MMS, NO tethering. How can the iPhone flagship carrier not support such basic features?
