I have had my OD200 for about three weeks. Thought it was a dud right out of the box, but three hours of burnin later, she began to sing. After 114 hours, it has become a very nice DD IEM. HAVE BEEN A/ B ing it with Quiet Sea to determine which is better but no result.
I love the OD200. I find it works very well with the iBasso, both the DX320 and DC Elite.

I'd be astounded if by the time these release there's anything on them aside from import options. The price isn't killer, certainly no worse than other tws anime collabs (I was eyeing the evangelion final audio ones a ways back), but the hi res streaming and noise canceling would be nice for calls and the occasional trip to the store. I've never used indiegogo as a platform though, and can't seem to find much of anything on Aviot.
Maybe just stick to final ZE8000 :dt880smile:

Hi all, first time poster but long time lurker in this thread. I would like to ask for your opinion on the JVC/Victor HA-FW10000 here as it seems to get some recognition in this space. I had my mind set on a different (multi-driver) IEM, but was presented a chance to buy a brand-new FW10000 - something that I have adored for so long. My library contains 90% Japanese modern pop/rock, some orchestra/soundtrack, and a small number of Western songs. I'm aware that this IEM is considered as a specialist, however I'm wondering if I can walk away using only this for my library? My main concern is its bass-light nature and imaging capability (vs recent multi-driver IEMs). My primary source is the Sony WM1A. Thank you very much!

Yeah, whenever my wife sees me on Head-Fi or Discord, she says I’m hanging out with my “audio uncles.” :D
My Mom told her friends "my son's friends are older and successful people, and talks about audio stuff, when will he ever get a girlfriend..." :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I believe you will be fine, however you might need to look into a cheap single ended amp, as i feel wm1a will make fw10000 sound dull.

awesome, thanks for the info! What about swapping the cable to utilize the 4.4mm balance output from the 1A? Or do you think the neutral tonality of 1A doesn’t go well with FW10000‘s bright signature?

It's the tonality, I didn't like it. Also, I tried few cables, but ended up going back to stock. Almost all fw10k owners use the stock tip. Wm1a single ended Port isn't its best feature.
