That's a lovely song and your daughter has a wonderful voice. Sort of reminds me of The Cranberries.Friends and cool people, have news on my daughter’s developing song writing, her first track is now on Tidal and Spotify, and most others. Super excited should be a second track in a couple weeks. She is doing this on her own paying another person to help with studio time. She is making clothes and selling them to raise funds to pay for it, so truly doing this on her own.
Note she also drew the cover art.

I guess I can give it a shot! I'll look into the cable.I tuck the wire under my shirt. Nope, my IEMs have been fine. Sweat will eventually ruin the cables though. The one pictured on my Omnium is a $13 one from AliExpress that I was recommended so I bought two of them for when it inevitably gets yucky.
I tried to go back to AirPods Pro about 2 years in and I just can’t. CIEM all the way.
It also might depend on what activities you do. For normal weightlifting and cardio it’s fine but I imagine more CrossFit type exercises could be annoying.
Usually powerlifting/bodybuilding movements and when it starts getting to the heavier weights that's when I tend to find wires a bit troublesome.
I'm interested in seeing if I can re-shell the FW into a custom set since I don't plan on getting rid of them.

The only time the wire bugs me is probably things like hip thrusts or hyper extensions bc it gets between my body and the barbell or machine pads, so I have to pull it out my pocket a bit more to give it extra slack. Then I guess for things like hanging leg raises I’d be worried about the BTR17 falling out of my pocket but.. it never has.
Have you ever tried something like the iFi Go Pods for gym purposes, Bobby?Aroma does offer this. It’s $500 last I checked.

Ciara gets compared to Sinead O'Connor, Natalie Merchant, Dolores O'Riordan, Aurora, and Loreena McKennitt, a lot, depending on the age of the listener. Being she is my daughter I am biased though I find her voice her own, and I hear in her singing that wonderful child I have loved watching mature.
There is something special in how much of her comes through, Ciara has been doing open mic nights at local bars and she has let me go to a couple nights, the bars equally split by genres between light rock/folk covers, and heavier rock/metal covers, and always the crowd at the bar doesn’t listen much, loud conversations and laughing interrupting the performers. When my daughter steps up to the mic, hits a starting note on her keyboard and lets out the first quiet sensitive note the place goes silent, the people at the bar turn and get instantly engaged. I just know it is not my fatherly pride and there is something special with what she offers the world.
