It is the stock cable that came with Impact. Mine just has a custom faceplate.
I had a go with the Tsu + N7 + Impact the other day. Solo N7 + seems to drive Impact well enough where I don't feel the "need" to add an amp. Adding Tsuranagi though I enjoyed the increased transparency, stage expansion and improved layering.
I compared Phonix with Traillii a while back and found that Phonix had a lusher mid range with a more intimate stage. Traillii had a wider stage with better separation. I liked both for my music library but preferred small ensemble jazz with Phonix and Traillii for large scale classical.
I'd rank the mid range warmth Phonix > Traillii > Impact. All three are musical. Impact is warm leaning but less analog sounding than Phonix and has more treble energy. You can't go wrong with any of these but if you were looking for the most lush mid range Phonix is probably where you want to look.

I just bought Miter cases to store some audio stuff.
Wanted to share here as they are rather interessant.
Good size to store an N7 / RS8 and some iems / cables.
The first one is a 4 adjustable slots, the second is a 6 slots.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be there as it's only 10€ entry and not far from my home town. It will be worth it to experience all these high end systems in one location. But I think the selection of headphones and IEMs in particular will be very limited.https://www.deutsche-hifi-tage.com/tickets
Who is coming to Canjam in Darmstadt on the 7/8 of October?
Why? Because the hype level on twitter and Google results are very low. There's only 1 tweet mentioning Canjam Europe. Normally manufacturers announce their attendance early on social media. Then there's a PR stating that Lehmannaudio acquired the name rights for Canjam Europe. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing.
Can Lehmann manage to get a wider selection of manufacturers on board or do they only demo their own stock? We'll see how it turns out.

But @Eric Chong said recently that some sweet things are coming soon, so maybe a new companion case
It isn’t. They just trademarked the name in Germany. It’s not affiliated with all the other CanJam events nor Head-Fi.
