Yeah, not here at least. Sg is in March though! :relaxed:

I haven't publicly posted it yet. I'll do that shortly, but I did give Charles a little teaser in the CanJam NYC 2023 thread:

Haha it doesn't surprise me one bit! You should pester Dr. Olive (@Tonmeister2008 ) to give us sneak peaks into the next gen secret stuff they're doing at Harman HQ. He posted pictures of them measuring binaural IRs of the Harman immersive playback reference room. We already have virtual studio room modelling software like Slate VSX and Audeze Reveal+, so what could they be upto besides that? 🤔

I feel your pain … my Odyssey arrived Dublin Mails Centre this afternoon, I’m guessing Tuesday delivery also.
On another note, payment request has also arrived by email for the VE Phönix LE, they expect mine to ship in the 1st batch within the next 2 weeks (was end of Feb).
So perhaps we should start planning a get together with the Irish folks on here soon

Yes definitely good to arrange this Irish meet up soon!

I really enjoy the bullet form factor, once I find the right tips, they really can't be beaten for comfort... in addition to below, another three sets currently inbound :)

Left to right: JVC FD-01, Victor/JVC FW1500, Hifiman RE800, Technics TZ700

Congrats, that's one I'm seriously tempted by if I can break the DD buying trend for a bit!

I'm interested, wondering in which price range they'll put this set
Difficult to say, but given the level of expertise, the time spent in the development and the very high built quality P-EAR-S is known for, I am not expecting this set being priced south of USD 700.-. I hope I will be proven wrong in 2 weeks, date of the official release.

It’s the first of three that I am buying in 2023. The second will be the CA Trifecta. The third has not been released yet.

My LOAK-T (CL) landed in the UK this morning, and should have been with me now except there was a delay with the onward journey to Dublin - Tuesday now unfortunately as a public holiday here on Monday. Can’t wait to try them.

Awesome! I think someone asked if it is to be worn with the cable hanging straight down or over the ears, it’s the latter.

Have you had more time listening to yours?

Oh interesting, I assumed it was straight down! Very excited for their arrival, a long time drooling over pictures on Instagram etc, but I never took the plunge as found the website too complicated - it was only when @Ace Bee said to message them on Insta that it all came together!

On a YouTube Friday night rabbit hole, and stumbled across this track from the excellent 'Piramida' by Efterklang, way too long since I've listened to that album - fantastic band, and wonderful album from start to finish.

How is that RE800? I have the RE2000 Pro Silver and I am in love with it (although some EQ is needed for progressive and metal).

Yes very nice, a mids focused set and very relaxing to listen to - one I choose for bed quite often. It was a bargain on Amazon that I took a chance on - only thing I dislike is that it's very hard to know left and right in the dark, in fact its impossible without turning on the torch on my phone! They are incredibly light and comfortable, great little set.
