The battery drain made me buy the Cayin N8ii so there R8 was basically just lying around.

I've been a fan of the husband and wife duo 'Low' since I discovered their first album 'I Could Live in Hope' about 15 years ago, buying all of their albums in the years since. In 2018 they released 'Double Negative' which even though I'm a big fan of electronic and experimental music, I found it hard to appreciate their new direction. I read quite a few comments to say it takes time, but up there with their best work - tonight it 'clicked' - I decided to give it another listen, and I'm totally blown away... sipping a glass of rioja after another day of island exploration, with Twilight in my ears and loving every minute of the sonic rollercoaster this album brings.
