It's pretty clear that this device is going to sell to a fairly demanding audience
I think FiiO would be well advised to take the time to get it right ... I'm not sure we'll welcome being development guinea pigs.

I'm not signing up for something akin to what I'd called the "iBasso Firmware Shuffle" ...
It either works properly out of the gate, or I don't buy it until it does.
There are more to digitally processed Audio signals before it get to an external DAC/AMP than simply form/features/memory slots. It will be very interesting to see how well Fiio will pull it
Sure, but if it fails in any of those areas ... storage capacity, indexing speed, usability and stability, then how it "sounds" will be moot because I won't buy it.
