Ok, I'll start it off. Post a link to your favorite Trance song or one of your favorites. The following poster than rates the previous song and gives a small comment on it and posts their song. Please keep discussion to a minimum and submit only Trance songs! Go!

I really like the vocals on that track. I'm not too big a fan of how long it took to build up but it was definitely a solid track. I'll give it a 7/10.

My Meelec SP51 likes this a lot. Especially with the bass response.

^^ Pretty good, a little bit too "hard" for my taste but definitely good. Wouldn't say I have any favorites since I listen to so many artists/songs, but here's one I have been listening to a lot lately.

Actually not bad, which i'm somewhat surprised about. Not a huge fan of that "saw" synth sound though.
 
My favourite though? That's a pretty big call... Well here's a goodun anyway
 

 
 
 
Niyologist: That was the worst hard trance track I've ever heard. I wouldn't be calling it hard trance either. Sounds a lot closer to tech trance than hard trance

^^ It's not bad, but not my cup of tea, felt a bit like House rhythm, but then again, I find Hard Trance a bit harsh for my taste as well.
 
Anyway, a favorite one is kinda hard, so just one I enjoy:

Great, you thought this was the Electronic Music recommendations thread. Did you read what the OP wrote in the first place? If this was just for posting things that we like and nothing else, going to that thread would be better, but since this was supposed to be a game of comment the previous and show another, and so on... but you missed that.

sorry, was that comment directed at my track or Niyologist one? The one I linked is definitely trance, not hard trance or house, but from a time where the lines between progressive house and progressive trance could get a bit blurry at times. still...
 
As for your track I'm not a major fan of electro house, but there was enough of a barely formed melody to hold me for a while. I'd give it a pass, grudgingly, which is better than I would for most electro.

I pointed the person above, which was you, not the comment you made on Niyologist. But I did listen to it thinking on the one from Niyologist, your does have a more progressive vibe to it, but still isn't really what I'm into.
 
BT has lots of good stuff, no doubt there.
 
And I assume you weren't talking about the track I posted, because it has nothing to do with electro. I posted a track of psytrance.

I like the above, gives a nice relaxing feeling, it's a bit on the border on being a bit too simplistic and progressive for my taste. 
 
As for my sample, was a bit difficult to pick as I enjoy lots of different trance, but I think I'll go a bit back in time and visit some old classic, what do you get when you mix Dito (awesome trance tunes) with DJ Shog (awesome vocal trance artist) ? Awesome trance. I haven't yet found this mix in high quality and no idea where to find it.
