Times already in the topic of the Forum is representative of the developer, let me report problems and suggestions

 This problem occurs when you have installed an external memory card...
If I choose to view pictures, then displays this menu:

Further pressing of any key leads to shutdown and reboot!  Photos No memory card!
 From my wishlist for the new firmware...
Is it possible to make playback folder (folder menu) consistent, one after the other?
The menu includes the date and time settings, but a quick look on the display, the time is not possible.

  Hi Leo,
I have the X02 for few months .
2 major problem for me
1) Bookmarks not always can be set. I need them for mp3 podcasts. I tried to set while Play or Pause, I tried different 64K, 128K ... sometime it bookmark, many times no.
2) The day I got it while I was learning it's functions (without manual) I set Alarm... ever since even when it set to OFF, the device will turn on everyday. unless I shut it with the switch.
 
Are these known issues with the firmware?

We will fix both of the issues. However, I couldn't find the bookmark issue. I tried it with several mp3 files. They all are fine with bookmark. Can you send a file which doesn't work?

how about durability and battery life? for years later

Fwiw mine only lasted for a couple of months with light usage. Haven't seen many other complaining about the same though so maybe mine was just the odd one out.

Mine works perfectly after a year of daily use, battery is as good as the first day

Hello all! Thx for all the good info on this thread.
 
My question is.. Has anyone noticed that it sounds better with the EQ turned off? When mine is on, at any of the EQ settings, my sound is muffled. Is this just how the EQs sounds, or did I happen to get a faulty one?

I just received a Ruizu x10.  My first impressions are: WHAT THE HELL?  The interface could not be any less intuitive.  It's as if it's purposely designed to be illogical, unreasonable and random.  Was the designer angry at the company or just angry at music listeners in general?

I own a Ruizu X02 for some months now.
Suddenly when listening to music it locked and stoped.
Even when connecting via usb cable to the computer it keeps stopping and disconnecting.
Formated player but it keeps doing the same. Starts locks shuts down.
Anyone had this problem yet and has a solution for it?

Maybe it is not a programming error, seems like mechanical defect... It can be circuit in the two buttons at the same time (Condensation inside the body)

On a whim, I just ordered the AGPtEK B03 via Amazon. It's sold as an updated A02 so I'm assuming it's a Ruizu although I was unable to find it on aliexpress. For all I know, AGPtEK brands players from multiple companies. Is it a Ruizu?

Ruizu is our Chinese version Brand. It was supposed to be sold only in China. AGPTek is our intentional version available on Europe and US. For people outside of China, AGPTEK version is better and warranty by our customer support. It updated many new features. B03 is our new model. The navigation of A02 is not quite intuitive because of buttons.

Yes, we have armband available for AGPTEK A02/A06. A02's Armband also can be used for B03.
