Just received my ORB, the shell is finished in clear with top build quality. Sound wise, the bass are on the slow side, but it has really deep bass with good levels of punch, the vocal presentation are lusher than typical IEM, like the Oreviti OH300, Tansio Mirai TSMR4PRO. Overall really musical yet clear vocal presentation. The treble is smooth with enough airness in it. Really enjoy it right now. I will post my review soon

^^^I have a lot to learn (only came back to the hobby recently), but it seems Penon doesn't really do 11/11 stuff, someone else can correct me if I'm wrong. Plus, it's a new item, high demand by all appearances. I don't see the motivation for them to discount this.
Thank you! I am new to this hobby and have even more to learn. I suspect as much. Crossing my fingers though. Maybe I will wait for a used unit, although that seems to be very rare.

Does the Orb has similarly lush and musical like OH300 and TSMR4Pro, or better?

I just take a quick listen on both of OH300 and ORB. The vocal on ORB has fuller and lusher timbre with forwarder presentation. The OH300 has clear and more backward vocal presentation. Both are pretty musical, but ORB has more texture on midrange, whereas the OH300 are clearer in comparison. Both have good levels of detail at midrange, but OH300 has better transparency levels.
For the 4PRO, unfortunately I am still waiting for its re-shell to be done. So I can not compare it directly.

I can understand. Orb has a very slightly foggy background that masks the transparency slghtly. I can feel it while comparing it with AKG N30 and Custom Art FIBAE 3. Interestingly, your impression of OH300 midrange with respect to Orb matches my impression of N30 midrange with respect to Orb very much!

Agree with you, the few problems with ORB is the background and the upper treble sparkle. But I still really enjoy its bass punch, and midrange texture. Really musical and fun IEM for its price.

For me, the treble is perfect. All the details are presented in a smooth manner that never incites any irritation. The sparkle is definitely there, but not in my face. The only time I feel it's lagging is when the background ride cymbals get lost in a busy metal track. Otherwise, the treble is perfect. It's my companion for a relaxed listening, preferably for night.

The treble is definitely tuned really well. But as you mentioned there are slightly lost when you listen to metal track, I also find out there are slightly lost of some elements when I listen to J pop and anime music.
