replied in the other thread, but wanted to respond here as well. Your issue sounds like it could be a short within the earpiece, which can present itself or appear to be fixed when the unit is jostled around. We suggest reaching out to support@64audio.com and sending them in for repair. Thanks I just read your post
We have the same issue
Hopefully 64 audio can give us some answers

some dryers seem to work well but the large desiccant jars still do the job quite well for us. The repairs team here uses the basic large jars for dehumidification. If it is ear wax debris that is a 'simple' fix with a hearing aid vacuum. I believe most IEM manufacturers rebrand the Jodi vac, although 64A have developed their own in-house battery powered vac). The punctuation around 'simple' is because a vac will cost, unless you are local to someone who owns one

If it is moisture then leave the IEM in a case with a desiccant pod. Be careful with using hearing aid dryers as some of them might get too temperature warm. Some dryers also have UV lights that may discolour (clear) IEM shells
Please note that I actually have no idea what is 64's stance on using dryers
A broken driver = that will need 64 to diagnose and it will again cost: https://www.64audio.com/pages/problem-with-iem

U4s has the m15 modules installed when they are packagedHi I just have a quick question due to a discussion I'm having with someone else.
What module do the U4s ship with installed?

Just came to remind anyone in question: buy the fourte. It is the best iem in existence and not by a small margin.
I have settled on the whizzer easytips ss20, with a Lavricables Grand line pure silver cable ! It’s perfect this way with the M15. The bass will be tighter with time .I just received the Volur from UPS about 30 minutes ago. I haven't done much tip rolling yet, but at first listen it's hard to see how anyone could be unhappy with these, though I could see some being happier perhaps with another 64 Audio offering. It came with the m15 modules in place, initially sounds a bit better dialed back to m12. I'll break these bad boys in and then have a head to head with my personal favorite, the Trio.

If you have a noticeable channel imbalance then there is likely an issue with your IEMs and you should contact our support at support@64audio.com to have them repaired under warranty. I know it's inconvenient to send them in, but if there's an issue with your Volür then burning them in is not going to fix it.How important / necessary do you guys think burn-in is for the Volür?
I used to think that burn-in is not necessary (for the Volür) but I've started burning them in. Today at around 17:30 they will complete 48 hours.
The reason is, I might have a slight channel imbalance, better said: some driver mismatch, and I want to see if some burn-in time will correct this.
How many hours would you suggest? Like 100 hours, maybe, is that OK?
