No response from him.

People, please help. Isn't here anyone from Japan?

What are taxes buying in Japan from amazon jp?

Guess it would be possible to get those for around 100 USD...

I bought my es700 from "cdjapan" website..
Easiest way for me (in USA) from japan.
In all my portable headphones quest (check my sig for history),
These two are among the best I have ever herd:

I just ordered the ES500 from eBay seller 'highl_123' for about AU$98 incl. shipping.

There were no reviews on these, I assume because the price between this and the ES700 is so close, that people go straight for that one. I really like the look of the 500's though, and I wanted a portable that would compliment my WS77.

Will add some impressions when they arrive.

So what I get is
Product total amount:10454yen
Delivery fee within Japan:0yen
JBS handling fee :1569yen

Is that 1569 JBS fee is the total fee for the tenso service handling and shipping or there will be more?

Don't have a response from them yet.

Guys, how do these compare to the ATH-M50? Or the CKM-99? Especially in terms of bass quality and overall SQ.

I'm trying to figure out if I want something in between my CKM-99 and my M50. Thanks!

guys im having a hard time choosing between dt1350, hd25, mdr1r and es700. i listen to everything but mostly prog rock (pinkfloyd, opeth, dreamtheater etc) pls help :frowning2:

Then you like good vocals.
The es700 is tops for female vocals.

The sony 1r good choice for comfort but less bass more softer mids.

The dt1350 may be too small a tiny cup for your ear or too flat a sound.

The hd25 may be too "V-shaped" and have too much treble for you, although it is a fun sound and not sibilant.

The m50 may be just too large for portable use.

The m80 is sweet but slightly less defined and small cups like dt1350 a notch lower in sound to both.

Although I owned those mentioned, I tried but did not own a momentum and found small earcup as well similar to dt1350 in size but better than both m80 & dt1350 in comfort.
Its sound was similar level as l both of these and better than the hd25 but still short of the es700 in vocals and livelier sound.

The ws99 a warmer darker dryer sound but larger bass.

So its hard to go wrong with these es700 as they are the "earsuit" line wich is supposed to be higher quality than the "ws" line.

You want better or step up from es700 then es10 not others mentioned.
Thats my impression, yours will vary..
