I tried the TFZ series 2 from lendmeurears and it was quite decent for the price, warm and laid back, perfect as a gift to your friend. Though the soundstage is a bit cramped and bass lacks definition, it provides a good fit and has palatable mids that don't jump out at you.

I had planned on using the 30 coupon from the TFZ store but didn't read the fine print it is only for one model which is not the King Pro I had planned on buying. $118 for the King Pro seems ok, but under $100 was more enticing. Now I am considering other things, or just saving the money.

There's an early review out on the TFZ King Edition. It's in chinese though. I google translated it and somehow got the impression that the bass is good, but the treble is on the bright side. Anyone who can translate it and confirm?

i used the bing trans and it says king edition was bright but the treble was not as extended as the bass & the detail is a bit weak. the conclusion: it's a warm type of iem

Same, I didn't see the restrictions on the $30 coupon. Also, I already have the MyLove 2019 (which is the bonus item), so I didn't bother buying the King Edition

Hmm kind of confusing. Audio123 said this about the King Edition vs the No.3:
"The King Edition has better midrange clarity and crispier & more defined treble."

I have the T2 Galaxy and it's actually one of the most detailed single dynamic driver IEMs I have and from what I've heard the No.3 is even more resolving than the T2 Galaxy. So I don't see how the King Edition could be weak in detail. I guess these kinds of statements are always contextual, depending on what you're comparing it to.
