i just bought a few good condition brise audio str7-ref. some suggested that it is the brise audio to begin with.
i can tell you, i am very happy with this cable to my tg335 and 335dwsr, very "dark" and vocal is more outstanding. it is a very worthy upgrade. can't imagine a copper cable like that.

Anyone tried Wagnus or Brise cables with Fitear Titan?

Used Wagnus Diamond Dust Aenigma on mine, quite a good match, balanced things a little without messing with the sound too much.

I couldn't source the newer / the best Brise offerings with fitear connectors so haven't tried.

i was just lucky that my brise is a fitear connector, fitear connector is so rare in the market

That's nice. I am thinking of the 1960. Anyone tried the Yatano with Titan?

There are STR7 with fitear connectors out there, but I still haven't seen any of the top offerings Asuha or Yatono with fitear connectors yet. Maybe they are rare or maybe the gauge size simply made it impossible to solder them in a genuine fitear plug? I have no idea.

true, gauze size is one of the reasons, i guess, the other is there are few places with demo. once tried, it has to be ordered to make. the re-sell chance is not as easy as 2 pins

I am using the Asuha Ref. 2 with my Just Ear. I also own a Asuha Rh2+. It is incredible how Brise managed to do such distinct tuning with the same wires and the same amount of wires - they have no doubt the same sort of sound signature, but the difference in presentation and position of the different frequency ranges are very appreciable. Looking at the Brise's own comparison table now I gotta say the info there is quite reliable.

I hope they would roll out the Asuha Ref 2 for Fitear soon, I think it should be a perfect match with my 335DWSR too.

just changed my 1950s to fitear connector but PW Audio didn't use the standard fitear connector. SQ is super nice though.

i had my oc doris sent back to taiwan manufacturer to re term to fitear, i got the same L socket.
before that, i saw post saying that L shape will make wearing unconformable, i asked if i can get a straight one. but they kept saying elegantly that L shape is ok.
by not voiding the warranty, i have no choice to go for L shape.
to make the story short, the L shape socket always scratches my ear and i finally changed to straight shape by myself.
being a manufacturer, listening to customer experience is very "important". although i am not buying a lot of "original cable studio" oc cable, i will stay away from it.

enjoy

I strongly recommend the original fitear connector over the L shape generic connector, much better in craftsmanship and fit. Insist on that if you have to ask a cable maker to do that for you or provide them with the connectors yourself.

no they didn't provide as asked. as a result, they changed to L shape. i personally bought a straight one and changed it to straight socket.
i don't recommend buying oc studio for fitear socket. they are not capable of providing good quality socket
