Mm...first impressions ...just from a few minutes of listening, the bass is much improved on the 335....the bass on the 334 can be too much. it is tighter, clearer, cleaner and just as impactful, if not more. definitely better bass, quality-wise.

mid range, which is what makes the 334 so special is about the same quality on the 335.

better detail retrieval.

pairing with the astell SP 2000 cu is bad. Much better pairing with the sony dmpz1.

it sounds as competent as any balanced armature in ears that I have in my collection.

ergo is excellent. Fits my ears very well and the cable is much better than the stiff cable provided fof the 334.

as with the 334, the 335 is a very musical, warm in-ears. Fun to listen to.

hard n fast verdict: dump your 334 and replace with the 335.

love the shell of the 334. Not a fan of the semi- transparent BLUE shell of the 335. Looks cheap.what's the Japanese word for ugly?

This year, I had the chance to get a Titan UIEM. Fast forward a couple of weeks after getting one, I had a CIEM version made - along with a MH335DWSR.

I also got the TG!335 Premium and Sym-Proceed SP-IEM7 this year! What a year.

How's isolation?

About as good as my other Fitear CIEMs. The density probably makes up for the short insertion depth. They are extremely heavy though, I have large ears and they feel at least 2-3x heavier than normal CIEMs.

Really loving the look, there's a sculpture like quality to how they play with light.

Hi, does anyone have any experience reshelling Fitear IEMs? Where would be a good place to get it done?

Ambient Acoustics is well-known for re-shelling Fitear. However, I can't say anything about sound since I have heard 334ToGo only among original Fitear line of in-ear monitors.
Thanks for the reply

Just curious and nothing else, why would you wanna reshell your Fitear? A change of ear canel shape? Want more fancy artwork or sth?

Got a good deal on a custom MH334 here on the forums :) But it's custom so I have to reshell

After being pretty thrilled by the MH335DWSR, today I decided to try the demo for the MH334SR at Jaben SG. I had not even noticed that this had been released. And more wonderfully, like the MH335DWSR, you no longer needed to send in your existing MH334 for modding. I tried it on. Had my Cayin N8 with me and listened to the music through the tube output. Whoa! Color me impressed! Sounds very different from the MH334... Much more treble extension and the sound is somehow quicker and crisper. There seems to be an added sparkle and clarity as well. This is certainly another Fitear that I will definitely consider. Perhaps I am wrong, but it certainly sounds sufficiently different from the MH334 that I would love this in my collection of Fitears. :)
