That's good to know. I was happy with the sound quality and volume from the X7 & DT990/250 combination. If the X3 II is more powerful, then I guess no reason to be worried.

Quick answer. Go visite Youtube, and type FiiO X3k, or 2nd.gen, and you'l will see lot of videos. Even with Some open box... youl got all the answer you need !

Congratulation Junior for your first question! Yup, ur right, card format need Fat32! ... Same as for all card format in FiiO DAP indeed! In the same ways a DLSR do, format from the unit, never from the cpu!

I been using a simple utility to format my SD cards to FAT32 (Gui Format fat32) and it works great.  Using Win7 Ultimate 64bit.  If I format with the DAP sometimes I get an error message and file manager will ask if I want to check the sd card but if I use Gui format fat32 program I never get this error message.
