I've been in the Sony realm for many years, I have owned the A3/N3/Z5, I now own the MDR-Z1R and follow the WM1A/1Z + firmware threads. Initially I was put off about fit issues but I cannot read another positive comment or see it frequently (still) ranked No.1 without wanting a piece of that so I have to at least try.

Yes I'm a big fan of Sony also. I've no doubt I'll buy the 1ZR at some point too! Best of luck, hope they fit well for you.

Im still testing my balanced cable and noticed to be a little dark in the upper region 16Khz and above, does anyone has experience on balanced cables one user here Redcarmoose has been helping me he suggested me i buy a silver NICEHCK 16 core 4.4 cable silver plated... you guys think it will help on my problem?

A OCC silver cable will fix your issue with the upper region being dark on your current cable/

Once you go OCC silver, you'll never go back.

Theres no problem. I swapped micro sd cards between my A25 and my 1A

I have both DAPs and no issue with switching cards.

Should not be a problem, just remember that the 1A requires all music to sit inside a Music folder in the root of the card, don’t know if that is also the case for the 507

Yep, that is the file structure for the 507 as well; "Music" folder resides in the root of the microSD card (amongst a bunch of Android system folders as well)

Does your 1A always rebuild the database during startup? Mine always does that and it has FE CFW installed. The database rebuild takes around 20 seconds for +1000 songs in my sdcard. Is it normal?

Yes, totally normal.

Yea normal. Mine takes around 2 minutes dor 32000 songs in SD cars
