Is the only difference between the Annies and the regular K702 the 3dB bass increase, out of curiousity?
I know that's technically a fault, but I can't sympathize with people wanting to pay that much more for something that can be solved with a slight EQ tweak.
They sure are pretty! Not worth upgrading just for the look and a minor EQ fix for me though

The entire signature is warmer.
They should probably be looked at as a replacement of their previous K70x/Q701 vs an upgrade. Anyone thinking they'll get that will be really disappointed and then we'll have to deal with pages and pages of people trashing the K712.
"Warmer" isn't in the entire sound spectrum. A warmer sound just has an emphasis on specific frequencies.
