So I guess my question to all of you, is do you know of or can you reccomend any fast punchy headphones that can meet this criteria, up to $ 750 - sorry no $3K Audiezes...maybe any portable or desktop amps, and bookshelf speakers or any other equipment you just love....I gotz money - I just don't want to get burned again......Thanks Boys !!!! Headphones are sooooo personal. On the cheaper end, I love love love the Meze 99 classics. In the upper end of your price range, you would have to purchase used, but if you can find Fostex TH900's or Senn HD800's, they are killer. Pair any of these cans with the Cavalli Liquid Carbon and you have an end-game setup.
