Not sure this is technically considered Techno/Electro exactly, but digging Zhu's newest album, Ringo's Desert Pt.2 - I've basically been listening to My Life Ft. Tame Impala on repeat. The video is pretty awesome too, and features Will Smith's daughter, Willow. Check it out!

That's vocal orientated deep-house, nearly synth-pop or future-jazz... differing from underground electronic music which is more on the experimental and/or minimal with less vocals; different from traditional house which is generally a bit faster tempo; and techno is a smidget faster yet but strictly with a 'four on the floor' rhythm. Most just call it mainstream EDM or even pop music, but the catch 22 is that now all rhythmic electronic music is coined under the EDM umbrella. You're in the right place for some great recommendations on this thread especially... with a treasure trove in past pages.
