Think of it this way - perhaps you can build the Melbourne meet into the trip schedule and introduce a whole new world to any non-Head-Fi mates

As for Sydney, what date(s) work within your upcoming schedule (considering you've had the 'organiser' moniker thrust upon you)?

hmm.. weekdays are not so good

. Weekends are definitely the preference. If its a fri, taking a day off which could be used in a holiday elsewhere... not so awesome.

push for weekend if everyones cool with it
