Wow, i still have an account on these boards. Kenny MSNed me with the thread while i was afk, presumably because he wants me to tag along

I havent been active on Head-Fi for ages, but i still have my much-loved CD-E5 > M^3 > HD600 system to bring if there's a meet in the wind.

It'll just have to be of a weekend, as i'm way too busy with work on the weekdays. And i'll likely have to see if i can buy Kenny for transportation to and from whatever venue decided on, if he can. But i am interested

Definitely has to be on the weekend for me too as I have to come to work on weekdays.

I'm in for another meet - the last one was great.
I have some nice RS-2s to bring along this time and hopefully and amp and CDP.
Roundhouse sounds like a good spot. There is also that seminar room in the K17 CSE building that a lot of clubs on campus use often - I suspect it's free to use if you book.

CSE would be great Sixer - there's full day parking very close (near Scientia), all the better for moving the gear =p.

Just keep in mind I won't be bringing that many cans to the meet. Keeping the tally might prove challenging otherwise.

Ok after looking here I'm not liking our chances with that room. It looks as though only a few cse related clubs are allowed to even book it and that to book it on a weekend is a big ask. On top of that it looks quite heavily booked out by the clubs. I think our better bet is the round or square house. $25ph isn't too bad if there are 10 or so of us - that's like $15 each for the day.

Sounds like a plan...I guess one of us could pay, and just collect money at the door?

Won't have the 580s or k701s to bring anymore (they're both sold), but hopefully will be getting my k701 pads from ALO soon, so can bring the k501s with pads.

Also, should be getting my Cowon D2 sometime this week, so if people want to try that out feel free.

Any estimated date for this yet?
