I've been looking for a new pair of phones lately, and price is an important factor. I'm trying to get the most bang for my buck for under a hundred bucks. And after searching amazon, head-fi, and other forums and stores, i've come across two headphones that look like they would suit my needs- the superlux 668b, and the ad-700s. I want a pair for music (with favorite bands being ben folds, led zeppelin, Pink Floyd, the beatles, and a variety of jazz and classical thrown in the mix) as well as gaming. I'm looking for sound quality on par or around the level of a grado sr60i, my current headphones, though those are too uncomfortable for me in long bursts of listening. Another thing I want to make clear is that I would like something that doesn't need an amp or a dedicated sound card. Any other suggestions are much appreciated, along with any insight on the matter.
